FOX 29 airs pre-produced videotape public service announcements on behalf of non-profit, 501(c)(3) registered organizations. We accept Beta, Beta SP and DVC-Pro format videotapes. Spot lengths should be 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds in length.
To submit a public service announcement for airing, mail a script or storyboard, cover letter/organizational backgrounder, and copy of the organization's 501(c)(3) form along with the videotape to the FOX 29 community affairs department.
If the PSA is designed to air anytime during a specific month, it must be received by the community affairs department with all the necessary materials by the 16th of the previous month. To be safe, send the tape six weeks before the desired airdate.
FOX 29 does not provide performance affidavits for public service announcements.
