A Hero's Holiday Greeting

Philadelphia - Join FOX 29 and Operation Homefront as we send out taped holiday greetings to our Troops.

Every Friday morning in December, leading up to the Christmas holiday, FOX 29 will be at an area mall with a camera crew so viewers can tape a holiday greeting to our Troops. We'll also have a huge banner that viewers can sign. In addition, viewers can make a donation for care packages for Troops and the local families whose loved ones are serving our country away from home. Operation Homefront will handle the collection and delivery of greetings and donations.

Suggested donations include department store gift cards and gasoline gift cards for local families who have a loved one serving in our military. Monetary donations are accepted as well. If you'd like to write a check, please make it payable to Operation Homefront of Pennsylvania and Delaware. All gifts are tax-deductible to this non-profit organization.

We'll be LIVE on "Good Day Philadelphia" from 8 to 10am, so join the fun with FOX 29 personalities, entertainment and coffee, while sending Holiday Greetings to the troops.
