Los Angeles, CA - TMZ says a Los Angeles coroner will says actress Brittany Murphy death was "preventable."

Sources tell TMZ that Murphy died from pneumonia and severe anemia, but multiple drugs were also a contributing cause.
TMZ drugs found in her system were prescription, including
medicine for cramps, and over-the-counter medications, including
cough syrup.
On December 20, Murphy went into full cardiac arrest and
could not be revived at her Los Angeles home. She was taken
to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on
arrival.
Murphy starred in such films as "Clueless," "8 Mile," and "Don't Say a Word."
