Bro: Kate Gosselin Used Ghost Writer

PHILADELPHIA - Kate Gosselin's brother tells RadarOnline his sister used someone else to write her own bestselling book.

Instead, Kevin Kreider said a family friend wrote the book, RadarOnline reports.

The book "Multiple Blessings" came out late last year. But Kevin Kreider and his wife Jodi say Kate's former friend Beth Carson wrote the book.

Radar says the Kreiders and Carson are currently estranged from Kate Gosselin.

"If you're talking author-wise -- all Beth," Kevin Kreider said. "Kate would go away with Beth for a weekend -- and Beth would write it while Kate would sleep.

The Gosselins are under a swarm of media attention after tales of marital infidelity hit the press several weeks ago.

Both Jon and Kate Gosselin deny the alleged affairs and have recently pointed their fingers at the press for being too invasive.
