The next issue of Us Magazine, obtained by MyFoxPhilly, paints a disturbing picture of life for the eight children of Jon and Kate Gosselin.

The issue hits newsstands Friday but an advance copy says both Jon and Kate Gosselin partiially ignored their children at a Manhattan photo shoot last weekend and the kids were forced to work until 9 p.m. posing for pictures.
The cable network TLC organized the shoot, which also feature stars from The Little People, another reality show.
Eyewitnesses told Us Magazine the children were visibly upset at the photo shoot, and on the long drive from Reading, Pa., to New York, Kate left the kids in a luxury van at a rest stop while she ran into Starbucks.
Us Magazine also reports that Kate Gosselin may be renting a
condo in suburban Maryland just two miles away from bodyguard Steve
Neild, and Neild’s wife.
New episodes of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" start airing on
August 3, but Us Magazine also says show producers may be meeting
with advertisers unhappy with the show's change in direction.
TLC producers have said it will focus on each spouse and new adventures for the children, in places like New York.
Ironically, Jon Gosselin's new girlfriend moved to Manhattan on the same weekend as the photo shoot.
The two were photographed making out in a park, holding hands and picking flowers, just before or after Jon and Kate posed with their children.
Hailey Glassman, 22, had help from Jon moving into an apartment on Manhattan's Upper West Side on 60th Street.
That puts Hailey about 12 blocks away from Jon Gosselin, the 32-year-old still-married reality TV dad.

One bedroom condos start at about $1 million there. Jon Gosselin reportedly has a 2 bedroom condo just off Broadway.
Gosselin and Glassman have been linked for about one month. Jon Gosselin, 32, is still legally married but separated from Kate Gosselin.
