New Down Syndrome Test Controversial
A new, non-invasive test that will become available this year can diagnose Down Syndrome and other chromosomal issues with nearly 100-percent accuracy early in the first trimester.
Dr. Art Kaplan, a well-known bio-ethicist from the University of Pennsylvania, joined "Good Day" to discuss this new test Wednesday.
