Men Get In On The Action, Too

    PHILADELPHIA - Ladies will do just about anything to get their hands on nearly 4.5 carats of diamonds.

    And that includes, again this year, diving in to a huge bubble bath at Steven Singer Jewelers.

    Up for grabs were over $10,000 in diamonds, a diamond bracelet, diamond stud earrings, and more.

    Even the men are getting in on the action, including Fox 29's Hugh Douglas, who explained what was going on at 8th and Walnut streets this morning.
