President Obama will address the nation Tuesday night. He is expected to discuss the end of combat operations in Iraq during his speech from the Oval Office.

Eleanor Dezzi is Democratic Political Consultant. Renee Amoore is a Republican Strategist. She said the speech "is a big PR, marketing type thing for him because his numbers are down. He wants to do a rah-rah. He had to come out and say all these positive things he has done as President as far as getting the troops back."

Dezzi said Obama's message needs to be "mission changed." Dezzi that message is critical because Iraq is now controlling their own destiny. Dezzi explained Obama will tell the world "we're stepping back, they're taking the lead. We are there to support them." Dezzi believes the President now needs to shift more focus to Afghanistan.

Amoore believes President Obama has shifted his plan in Iraq back in forth. "So it's like very haphazard." Dezzi countered saying "this is a very different type of war." "It's all moving in stages. That's why I say it's 'mission changed.' "

Amoore questioned whether the President has the right people advising him. She said while some people are still blaming President Bush for the war, "he's not making the decisions now. That's up to the President and his cabinet."
