If you want to have a fit and firm tummy there are some foods you need to avoid.
Fox 29's Jennaphr Frederick caught a workout of MLS Fitness in Rosemont where there were some very impressive abs.
Fitness instructor Marilu Sutter told Jenn you need to avoid "white foods" like potatoes, breads, and pasta. If you're going to eat pasta stick to whole wheat. Marilu also says to stay away from foods that can give you gas because you will look and feel bloated. Broccoli, cauliflower, and some fruits can make you have gas.
Marilu says if you want six-pack abs you need to do "heavy duty cardio relentlessly everyday." It's important to make sure your workout is made especially for you because everyone's body is different.
Don't have a babysitter? Marilu also showed viewers how to firm up your flab with your baby.
