PHILADELPHIA - It's a changing of the guard in the Archdiocese in Philadelphia.
Archbishop Charles Chaput will now be taking the reigns as Cardinal Justin Rigali steps aside.
On Wednesday morning, we were digging more into Chaput is expected to bring to the city with two very different perspectives.
