Be A Wiz At Making Consumer Complaints

PHILADELPHIA - Consumer protection officials in Bucks County have been bombarded with complaints after a window replacement business abruptly closed its doors.

Window Wizards was the subject of a Fox 29 Investigates report, and we've since heard from dozens of angry customers.

Attorney Danny Cevallos, of Cevallos & Wong LLP, joined "Good Day" on Monday to discuss some steps consumers can take to handle complaints against companies.

His suggestions include first writing a polite letter and keeping important documents. Then, if the matter isn't resolved, dispute the charge file and file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office.
