The new Philadelphia Zagat's survey is out, and we have the winners of best cheesesteak and hamburger in the city.

The new survey is out, and we have the winners of the Best Bang for the Bucks awards in the city.

Tim Zagat revealed to Fox 29 the prestigious list Wednesday on "Good Day." Zagat said 5,500 Philadelphians voted on 1,037 restaurants. The criteria were "the best food at the lowest possible price."

A top winner was a hamburger from Charlie's Hamburgers from Folsom. It placed third in the Best Value category, trailing La Colombe and  Capogrio.

Zagat called Charlie's Hamburgers "fabulous" and said he gobbled one up for breakfast. He believes Charlie’s has a secret ingredient, but owner of Charlie's says the key to his great burgers is that there are no fillings. These burgers cost $10.

Tony Luke's was named the winner of the best cheesesteak in Philadelphia. Zagat said "I wish they'd come to New York because this is so good." The cheesesteak sells for between $6.50 and $8.35.

And a Korean restaurant called "Giwa" is also a winner. Zagat raved about the food. The average cost for an entree is $16.
Amada has edged out popular Buddakan as Philadelphia's Best Restaurant.
