Attorney On Margarita In Sippy Cup

    A toddler in Michigan was served a margarita in his sippy cup at an Applebee's outside of Detroit. 

    After a few sips, little Dominic reportedly needed an ambulance.  His blood alcohol level was over the legal limit for an adult.

    The president of Applebee's apologized.  Can the parents sue?

    Attorney Danny Cevallos weighs in.
