PHILADELPHIA - Are you a woman who finds yourself tired all of the time and you can't seem to figure out why?

Believe it or not, you may have a condition that's easily diagnosed and easily treated, as Doctor Mike explains in this video report.

Insomnia and sleep apnea are two big problems that prevent many women from getting a good night's sleep, leaving you feeling groggy and sluggish during the day.

Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep. You can usually blame, stress, or big changes and upheaval in your life.

Typically, it will go away after about a week, but in some extreme cases it can last for years.

Sleep apnea, is a reduction or pause in breathing while you sleep. It's caused by a narrowing or blockage of your airways. Snoring can be a clue you may have the problem.

Doctors say many women suffer from sleep apnea and don't even realize it.

If you do suffer from sleep apnea, doctors recommend wearing a continuous positive airway pressure mask or c-cap. It can help you get a good night's sleep so you feel rested and refreshed in the morning.
