Fit To Ride: Fish Health Benefits

PHILADELPHIA - In Tuesday's fit to ride segment, "Good Day Philadelphia's" John Anderson and registered dietitian Deanna Segrave-Daly talked about the importance of fish and Omega 3s.

The average American eats 117 pounds of red meat each year and 104 pounds of poultry but for seafood the average is just 16 pounds a year.
