The PHA has cut a cost-saving deal with one of it's unions for the second time in a week.
Union leader Linda Gibson and PHA Interim Director Michael Kelly say the 5 year deal they cut includes a pay raise as well as major, long range cost saving changes to how their pensions are funded.
A formula, they say will sustain the system without bleeding the authority and taxpayers.
Kelly says he is moving things along as quickly as possible to restore public trust in the embattled PHA.
He reiterated this when he joined Mike & Sheinelle on Good Day this morning.
