Beauty Beat: Top-Rated Eye Creams

Consumer Reports recently reviewed eye creams. 

They found that results varied.  Among the best-performing products, wrinkle reduction around the eyes was generally subtle. After six weeks of daily use, none came close to eliminating wrinkles.   To note: Price predicts nothing.
