And ESPN reports that the Eagles may be a front runner to land former All-Pro defensive end Derrick Burgess, who started his career in Philadelphia and helped put the Eagles in a Super Bowl with a big game against the Falcons.

Burgess hasn't had a lot of success in the past two years on Oakland but he is a strong fit for the Eagles' defense.
