PHILADELPHIA - Governments around the globe are trying to stop the spread of swine flu that is popping up in countries worldwide.
Dr. Mike explained on "Good Day Philadelphia," that swine flu is a virus that has mutated over the years.

Symptoms are similar to other illnesses.
Symptoms include: fever, nausea, vomiting, and muscle aches. As the virus progresses, some people develop pneumonia.
Dr. Mike says it is important to wash your hands and stay home if you feel sick. He also says, if you think you are sick call your doctor.
