New Farmers Almanac Out Today

PHILADELPHIA - The Old Farmers' Almanac is the annual book that has been in continuous publication since 1818 and that is famous for its long-range weather predictions.

This years edition just out Tuesday morning predicts this winter the country will be turned into an "ice cold sandwich." Very cold in the middle, milder ont he coasts.

Jud Hale, Editor in chief, of the Old Farmer's Almanac appeared on "Good Day Philadelphia" Tuesday with his new predictions for 2010.
