About John Clayton

My name is John Clayton and I’m an MBA student at Eastern University in the Fast Track MBA program.

I’m in my final term of studies, which means I’ve already survived economics, the first finance class, and Quantitative Decision Making and a whole lot more. All I have left is Financial Thinking 2, Business Capstone, and the final presentation of my NVP project—more about that later.

I am employed by a major healthcare insurance company in Philadelphia where I am a manager in the Human Resources department. I enjoy music, particularly “ole school” gospel choirs since I started singing with gospel choirs in the mid-seventies. I have one adult son, John III, and a beautiful grand-daughter, Loren Olivia. She is the joy of my life. Faith and social justice is very important to me. There is no true religion without social justice.

I’m looking forward to sharing the next few months of my Eastern experience with you.
