LOWER MERION, Pa. - The Lower Merion School Board introduced new policies for school-issued laptops at a meeting Monday night.
The district is facing a lawsuit for secretly activating the webcam on a student's laptop.
The board says it's working with the district's information technology department to come up with new privacy policies.
Board members will vote on the changes in August, and parents will be notified.
