'Cell-Out' Winning School Gets Concert
JENKINTOWN, Pa. - It was a big party out in Jenkintown on Friday morning.
Fox 29 asked high school students to join its "Cell-Out" campaign. The school that had the most students agree not to text and drive won a free concert.
The winning school was Saint Basil Academy, so the Q-102 concert was going on just before lunchtime Friday.
