Scout Leader Charged With Sexual Abuse
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - A longtime Boy Scout volunteer and Bethlehem teacher is charged with sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy he met at a Scout summer camp in the Poconos.
Investigators said 44-year-old Gregory Ritter met the boy at last year's summer camp.
Police said he later had sexual contact with the boy and watched pornographic videos with him at Ritter's home in Pike County.
