Police: 'Mr. Norristown' Ran Drug Ring

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - A number of Montgomery County police departments announced Thursday that they collaborated to break up a suspected drug ring.

The district attorney's office identified the accused ring leader as Kenneth Hill, who's known on the streets as "Mister Norristown."

Detectives began receiving information his alleged drug trafficking in 2007, authorities said.

Officers said they found cocaine and guns in Hill's possession when they arrested him on Feb. 10.

Detectives also discovered a locations allegedly used by Hill for repackaging, re-bricking, and cooking cocaine to make crack. Drug paraphernalia was seized from several locations that were searched.

Based on evidence and intercepted telephone calls, Sean McCutcheon, Howard Ford, Ronald Woodson and Jason Scott were also being charged Friday with drug law violations based on their involvement in Hill's cocaine distribution network, authorities said.
