Parx Wants Table Games By July

BENSALEM, Pa. - Table games could be on the gaming floor at Parx Casino by July.

The casino in Bucks County has applied to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for 54 table games.

A hearing is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday morning in the Bensalem Township Building.

Casino executives said additional tables would be installed some time later this year.

A new state law allows casinos to have a maximum of 250 tables.
