Schaffers Charged With Murder In Road-Rage Beating
PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia firefighter and his son have a preliminary hearing Wednesday in connection with a deadly road-rage fight.
Gerard Shaffer and his son, also named Gerard, are charged with murder in the beating death of Mark Wallace.
Police said the father and son attacked Wallace, who was walking near their car in Torresdale.
Wallace later died from his injuries.
