Reality TV Kate Gosselin is back on TLC tonight and she'll be …
PHILADELPHIA - Jon and Kate Gosselin are the talk of the local media in our area, and there is little sympathy for the reality TV couple.
The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a feature on the Gosselins this Sunday that focused on reaction in Berks County to the family and the attention they brought to suburban Reading.

The consensus: the locals and the Inquirer don’t feel sorry for the Gosselins - and everyone hates Kate’s hair style.
"This is a nice, quiet, small, little town, and it has become freaking nuts," said one neighbor who spoke with the Inquirer.
The Reading Eagle ran a feature about its past relationship with the Gosselins, which the family apparently cut off with the Eagle when TLC picked up their reality show.

The newspaper said it helped get resources during tough times for Jon and Kate before they signed a TV deal with TLC. After that, the family won’t speak with the Eagle.
“We would love to tell their real story - the truth about what life is like raising that family,“ the Eagle said. “We don't have the national exposure they seem to want or need. And we don't pay. “
The Eagle’s account of how they were cut off by the
Gosselins after they helped them echoes stories told by Kevin
Kreider, Kate Gosselin’s brother, and his wife, Jodi.
That couple, and Kate’s father, are estranged from the
Gosselins over money matters, Kreider has claimed in a series on
online and TV interviews.
