Babysitter Sought After Toddler Found

PHILADELPHIA - Police said thye are still looking for a woman who kidnapped a 1-year-old Philadelphia boy.

Investigators said Tuesday that Vanessa Perez picked up Tremaine Peak on Monday night to get ice cream and never returned.

The baby was found Tuesday night in Germantown, Md., and is being brought back to Philadelphia on Wednesday morning.

Investigators said Perez has babysat Peak in the past and may have been trying to replace her own son, who's in foster care.
