Man Sentenced In Attacks On Elderly

MAYS LANDING, N.J. - It's 25 years behind bars for an Egg Harbor Township man for a string of attacks on elderly women in Atlantic County.

A judge sentenced 33-year-old Robert Shaver Thursday.

One of the attacks was a mugging in a supermarket parking lot that turned deadly for an elderly woman.

Shaver pleaded guilty last month to aggravated manslaughter.
