Boy, 5, Found Safe After Amber Alert

Delaware State Police said they have located a 5-year-old who was the subject of an Amber Alert issued over the weekend.

The U.S. Marshals Service and state police were able to track down the boy and his father early Tuesday in a Mount Laurel, N.J., motel.

Zion Duprey was allegedly abducted by his father Angel D. Duprey from his ex-girlfriend's house in Lincoln, Del., over the weekend.

The father was taken into custody, and the boy -- reported to be in good health -- is being returned to his mother in Delaware, state police said.

Authorities plan to hold a news conference to further discuss the case Tuesday afternoon.
