Video: Motel Guests Attacked In Robbery

WILMINGTON, Del. - Surveillance video caught a violent robbery at a motel in Wilmington.

It happened at the Days Inn, located at 5209 Concord Pike, on June 23 at 10:24 p.m.

A married couple from Florida went back to their room, but two male suspects had jammed the key slot, say investigators.

The attackers ran up and beat them to the ground.

At one point, a suspect dragged the woman while still beating her with a blunt object.

A surveillance camera caught them using the couple's credit card at a nearby Wawa store.

Anyone with information is urged to call police.
