Raccoons Spotted In Philly Neighborhood
PHILADELPHIA - You expect to run across raccoons in the wooded 'burbs, but this summer they're running amok in big cities.
The critters are moving in among the row homes of Frankford.
As Fox 29's Joyce Evans reports, they are not welcomed.
