Police say 33-year-old Donnell Murchison was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Police were staked outside a home on Ryerson Road in Northeast Philadelphia when a deputy U.S. Marshal saw the suspect jump out a window.
The U.S. Marshal chased Murchison on foot and was hit by a van. He was taken to Frankford Torresdale Hospital with a head injury but is expected to recover.
Murchison is the sixth person in connection with a double homicide at the Piazza at Schmidts on June 27.
40-year-old party promoter Rian Thal and her alleged drug supplier 41-year-old Timothy Gilmore were the victims of that crime.
Police found four kilograms of cocaine and $100,000 in Thal's apartment.
Investigators say the killers and the lookouts can been seen on surveillance video entering the apartments before the murders.
Police say the capture of Murchison means the third of three alleged gunmen are in custody.
