CLIFTON HEIGHTS, Pa. - One person was taken to a hospital Wednesday morning after being struck by a trolley in Clifton Heights.
SEPTA's Route 102 trolley was the one involved in the incident, which occurred at 7:55 a.m. at the intersection of Baltimore Avenue and Glenwood Street in Clifton Heights.
A SEPTA spokesperson reported that the person's injuries are believed to be minor.
SEPTA said it was shuttle-busing along the trolley route from 69th Street to Drexel Hill junction due to the police activity. Passengers should expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
