20 Dogs Seized During Pet Store Raid
PHILADELPHIA - A North Philadelphia pet store was shut down Thursday evening.
Officials from the SPCA tell Fox 29 they seized more than 20 dogs from inside of Brickyard Pet Supplies in the 2200 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
Officials say it was operating as an unlicensed kennel.
Inside, they say they found dogs living in filthy conditions.
