Police in Bucks County said a Burger King drive-through employee tried to sell pot to a partially-uniformed police officer.
Tullytown, Pa., Officer Shawn McClister, was off-duty but wearing a police cap when he drove through a Burger King on New Falls Road on Monday.
The officer had turned his cap around before ordering at the window.
Acording to police, the worker, Taharka E. Johnson, then asked Officer McClister if he wanted marijuana after McClister received his meal.
"The subject took my money, gave me my change and he stood there staring at me for a second and asked me if I had any alcohol for him," recounts Officer McClister. "At that point, I said 'What?' He's like, 'I can trade you some weed or I can sell you some weed or you can trade it for alcohol.'"
McClister responded by turning his police cap around, driving off and notifying a Falls Township officer.
Johnson was then taken into custody. He faces three drug charges.
Johnson is being held in the Bucks County Prison on $50,000 bail.
