UPPER GWYNEDD TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A 39-year-old Montgomery County woman was found stabbed to death at a luxury apartment complex in Upper Gwynedd Township.
It happened around 10 p.m. Sunday at Madison at Willow Wyck Apartments off Somneytown Pike.
Police say they have no suspects in the death of Young Hee Lim-Ferlazzo, reported Fox 29’s Dave Schratwieser.
Police responded to the home shortly before midnight after the victim’s husband discovered her body. Officials say he is fully cooperating with the investigation.
No murder weapons were recovered from the scene, say police.
A parade of crime scene investigators Monday hauled away evidence from inside Apartment 1404.
"We don't think it's a random situation but we are still exploring the possibility," says Chief David Duffy of Upper Gwynedd Police.
Neighbors who have lived in the area for years say violent crime just doesn't happen there. They say they are are worried for their own safety and hope police catch the killer soon.
"It's scary, it's shocking, it's an eye-opener," says one resident.
