The children were taken into custody by police on Monday night, and they are children of the suspects and one of the victims found in a dungeon basement last Saturday.
Two of the children belong to Tamara Breeden, who was found in the dungeon basement
Also, the niece of one of Linda Weston, the alleged ring leader in the case, was found living in squalid conditions in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. The niece is 19 years old, appeared to be beaten and malnourished.
Philadelphia police now have an SUV used to move around the group of mentally challenged people found locked up in a squalid basement, and they are looking for a larger van.
Police rescued the four victims Saturday from the building in Northeast Philadelphia and arrested three people they say are responsible.
At the center of this is the accused ring leader, Weston. She's accused of kidnapping, assault and stealing social security benefits from the victims.
Police are digging deep into Weston's past. They're looking at her post office boxes, bank accounts and any properties she may be tied to. They hope is to find clues that lead them to any other victims out there.
Philadelphia police Commissioner Charles Ramsey says that from the depths of a basement dungeon has sprung a wide-sweeping investigation that now has him concerned about the welfare of 50 more potential victims.
Ramsey plans to form a new task force to track down each and every potential victim linked to Weston.
"Could there be victims who are no longer with us? I don't know and I don't want to alarm anyone who may have a relative that could be a part of this," Ramsey said.
Investigators were looking into the death of one person with ties to Weston who died in Virginia in 2008. But police there said she died of natural causes.
Police located the ford expedition with Florida tags on Monday that was used to transport the Philadelphia victims to the basement dungeon They are also trying to located the van used to transport the four victims from Texas to Florida, Virginia, North Carolina then Philadelphia.
Breeden was among those four victims and she was reported missing in 2005. She also has a mother who's been looking for her ever since she went missing six years ago.
Breeden's family filed a report with police back then. And her mother called to follow up as late as last month.
Breeden's long nightmare ended in Tacony on Saturday, in the sub-basement of that apartment building.
She and three men survived brutal conditions for almost two weeks, when they arrived from Florida.
The question now who is the father of Breeden's children? Were they conceived while their mother was held captive?
And could Breeden have been found sooner?
A police source tells Fox 29 a detective marked Breeden's missing person case closed last year.
Commissioner Ramsey is also looking into another report from Weston's own son who says he reported another possible kidnapping by his mother two years ago.
Another twist in this case is a 15-year-old girl reported missing in Florida is now here in Philadelphia.
Police say Benita Rodriguez ran away with the son of Gregory Thomas Sr., one of the people charged with kidnapping.
Investigators say the two met when they were neighbors in West Palm Beach.
Rodriguez's mother says she hasn't seen her child since July, and that this has been a really trying time for her and her family.
Police tell us they are now working on how to reunite Rodriguez with her mother.
Linda Ann Weston was charged Monday with kidnapping, false imprisonment and other offenses after her landlord stumbled upon the four malnourished adults in a dank boiler room Saturday.
Weston's bail was set at $2.5 million. Also charged were 50-year-old Eddie Wright and 47-year-old Gregory Thomas.
