PHILADELPHIA - The parents of two Philadelphia middle school students are now pressing charges, saying their daughters were both indecently assaulted and the school isn't stopping it.
FOX 29 News first showed you this exclusive video last week of a girl being attacked at Samuel Huey Middle School.
That girl and her family reported the assault to police Monday night.
They say they reported the assault to school officials back in December and nothing was done.
Now, they say just last week those same boys indecently assaulted the girl's 11-year-old sister.
Police are investigating both cases and want to know what action if any the school took after the December report.
We want to know, too, and will be seeking out the principal to ask him some tough questions.
