A ten-year old boy in Allentown has been rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car.
The child is being treated at Cedar Crest Hospital for a severe leg injury. Police tell Fox-29 the injury is not life-threatening.
The boy is a student at Harrison Morton Middle School. Police say he was hit by a car in the 100 block of Turner Street while on his way to school. The child apparently ran into the road between parked vehicles.
An investigation is still underway.
