Bus was on its way to Chesterfield Elementary just after 8 a.m. when it crashed with that dump truck.
An 11-year-old triplet died and another 17 kids were hurt.
The triplet's two sisters are among three children in critical condition.
The victim was also the daughter of a New Jersey state trooper.
The loaded dump truck from Herman's Trucking out of Wrightstown, N.J., approached the intersection on County Route 528 with the right of way at a flashing yellow light.
The school bus on Old York Road faced a stop sign and flashing red light.
The dump truck struck the driver's side rear of the school bus at the intersection. The impact of the crash then caused the bus to strike a pole.
The truck nearly missed the bus, clipping the rear corner and sliding the bus filled with students- into the traffic light pole.
Both drivers escaped with minor injuries.
Despite the light rain that fell most of the morning, weather is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
As for the school bus, it was equipped with seatbelts.
No charges have been filed in the incident as police investigate. They have talked to the drivers of both vehicles.
