Del. Pedophile Case Evidence Questioned

The lead investigator in the case of accused pedophile pediatrician Earl Bradley says a building from which key evidence was seized was properly identified in a search warrant being challenged by defense attorneys.

Delaware State Police Det. Thomas Elliott testified Tuesday that the search warrant for Bradley's former office in Lewes specified a white outbuilding in which computer drives allegedly containing videos of Bradley sexually assaulting his patients were found.

Elliott says the white outbuilding mentioned in the warrant is what he intended for investigators to search, even though its facade is painted in a stark black-and-white checkerboard pattern.

Attorneys for Bradley contend the search warrant referred to another building, and that the computer files should not be admitted as evidence.
