The latest incident happened at the Oakland Cemetery in Northeast Philadelphia.

A worker there says he pulled out his cell phone and started taking pictures of a man that he says was illegally dumping nearly 60 tires in the back of the cemetery.

The worker says he confronted the man who told him the tires "accidentally" fell off his truck.

Police say the man dumping at the cemetery is the same person trashing a Fishtown neighborhood.

In August, Fox 29 News showed you surveillance video taken by Fishtown neighbors who were fed up with people illegally dumping tires and trash.

In the video, the man quickly unloaded tire after tire. In less then a minute, he disappeared and left two dozen tires in his wake.

Police say they know the suspect's name and are close to arresting him.
