Residents React To Refinery Fire

Residents living near the Sunoco oil refinery in Marcus Hook are rattled by the Sunday night explosion at the facility.

Fox-29's Julie Kim reported, that even though initial tests indicate that the air quality is safe, many are still worried.

Ironically, this latest incident at the Sunoco facility comes as the company recently agreed to pay $760,000 in fines for air quality violations. Pennsylvania's E-P-A said the company leaked elevated levels of two chemicals into the air.

Under the agreement, the company will also install additional equipment to control and reduce pollution.
