Kids Turn 'Chop Shop' Into Urban Garden
Bucks County Church, Urban Tree Connection Team Up
PHILADELPHIA - There's a transformation going on in West Philadelphia. A vacant lot once filled with crime is now filled with a vegetable garden.
Kids from a Bucks County church are working with a special program called the Urban Tree Connection.
