Armed with shiny new sneakers and stiff backpacks, many kids went back to school today.
For some parents, they are finished with all that back-to-school shopping, but for some, it always seems like there is something left to buy.
We invited Natalie Nixon, a retail expert from Philadelphia University, to the Fox 29 News at 5.
She offers up some awesome money-saving tips for parents.
