PHILADELPHIA - A judge found the group calling itself "the SugarHouse 13" not guilty Tuesday over protests at the casino site.
Supporters of the SugarHouse 13 rallied outside Arch Street Methodist Church, then marched up to the Criminal Justice Center for the trial. "Our city, our state, no casinos, no way," they shouted.
Police arrested the group for a September demonstration at the SugarHouse Casino construction site in Fishtown.
They faced criminal conspiracy and other misdemeanor charges.
