Chosen 300 Ministries Honors Christmas

PHILADELPHIA - As many families gathered together in their homes for Christmas Eve, a number of volunteers gathered to help those less fortunate.
A local group religious group brought the local community together in Philadelphia to provide a free Christmas Eve meal, and to honor the true meaning of Christmas.
David Brown, who says he has found it hard to take care of his family, was just one of the many who gathered with the Chosen 300 Ministries Saturday. He came with his wife and daughter for a meal, and said it has been hard to find work.
He said the people there who helped him during tougher times have been like family, and the Christmas season has brought them all together.
