MyFox Philly report
In court testimony Wednesday, police outside Philadelphia said Phillies fan Susan Finkelstein sent topless photos of herself to an undercover officer and showed her naked crotch to an undercover cop at a mall.
Finkelstein's lawyer, Bill Brennan, strongly denied the allegation that she exposed herself in an effort to get World Series tickets.
He did acknowledge Finkelstein sent photos but pointed out such an act was not illegal.
The Bensalem officer who testified said Finkelstein used suggestive language before raising her skirt like Sharon Stone's character in "Basic Instinct."
Finkelstein’s lawyer has frequently asserted that she is not guilty of prostitution and her arrest is the result of a misunderstanding with Bensalem, Pa., police.
In October, Finkelstein told Fox 29 she's the biggest Phillies' fan around with her favorite player being Jamie Moyer. She sias she'd do almost anything for tickets to the World Series except offer sex in exchange for seats.

"The anger has really started to also grow along with a sense of absurdity of how widespread this has become," says Finkelstein.
She and her husband, John, have been married for 12 years and the Phils have been a constant.
"I've seen or listened to part or all of every game this season so it's just a great source of pleasure for me and my husband," says Finkelstein.
Finklestein was arrested by Bensalem police after they alleged she offered to perform graphic sex acts for Phillies tickets.
Finkelstein's story caused an Internet sensation when her mugshot and arrest hit local and national Web sites.
Bensalem Township police said they made contact with Finkelstein after viewing her add on Craigslist.com. She then allegedly solicited an undercover police officer to perform various sex acts in exchange for the tickets.
